Location was good but one of the reasons I booked here was because it said they had a hot tub. Well, they no longer have a hot tub! It is filled with concrete but the pictures online showed a working hot tub! Also, the elevator was super slow and pool was dirty.

West is a very friendly welcoming town with some good local restaurants on Main St. People were very nice and accommodating. The only negative would be road conditions which seems to be an issue in every town and city
