Room was clean, breakfast was good. However, we arrived 1 hr early and asked if we could get into our room and the clerk said “yes, for $45 we’ll let you in early”. Not great customer service!

West is a very friendly welcoming town with some good local restaurants on Main St. People were very nice and accommodating. The only negative would be road conditions which seems to be an issue in every town and city
