Everything went well. Property was nice and clean. Easy in and out. Liked the location, near the interstate but not loud, and also right next to a residential area. Saw deer in the morning near the wooded area. Stayed three nights, no problems at all. Will stay there again.

Convenient to both Temple and Belton

The front desk people are amazing. Traveling with elderly parents one with a terminal disease is challenging and the front desk people made sure our two rooms were near each other. However, the cool looking bathrooms weren't as easy. My shower door kept sliding open.

The room needed a little maintenance. Floor is pealing up in the bathroom and the toilet paper roll was ripped off. Otherwise it was a good room. Staff was excellent. It did appear to be clean.

We arrived to the property and found that it was under construction, because of some sort of water/flood damage. The main floor was not open...blocked off and and the dinning/ area not available.

The stay was just okay wouldn’t rate the hotel above good/very good. Several much needed repairs in our room. Had to change rooms because of very poor setup of king bed with sleeper sofa.

$100 dog fee...not a refundable deposit, but the fee. Normally a $20 fee at most hotels, but $100 was ridiculas. Everything was fine, but that pet fee was crazy expensive.

Received rude service at check in.Surprised that we could not check in until they had a room. She stated 3pm was their policy and that's when we could check in. I asked to simply check in and then be notified when room was ready. Told she could not do that. Head of housekeeping trying to help us, went up and checked, they had a room so we got in. Received no paperwork and had to repeat my info several times to her. We thought this was the best accommodation in town for we wanted a nice, peaceful place for we were in for a funeral. It was the worst stay we have ever had in any hotel.

There was no bathtub in the room. Found fungus on the food which was kept outside. Talked to orbitz customer service with in 3-4 days on weekend to complain about it and no response yet from orbitz also.

The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small and hard to move around in there. The dining area was also pretty small and only a couple of people could be seated there at a time. The employees I encountered were not friendly at all. At check in, the personnel was rude and appeared to have an attitude. It has been my experience that in other hotels when you walk by an employee they great you. This was not the case at this hotel. Employees walked right by you and didnt even smile at you.

Top location-but noisy

This hotel is fantastic from the inside- friendly service and the rooms/ design and cleanliness is exceptional. The only negativ point is - its very noisy due to nearby airport and I- 35. All in all i can really recommend Townsuits!!
