It was very clean & the staff very friendly my only complaint you had to go by the service desk to get coffee & wait till 6 am I’m an early riser so it would b nice to have ur own coffee pot in ur room

11 day stay

The booking process was easy. The check in staff was friendly and nice. The housekeepers came by everyday and were friendly. Overall the staff at the Motel 6 Killeen were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 11 day stay. Only downfall was no kitchen, but it had a decent size fridge and microwave.

Very Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Maintained Rooms

I had a fantastic stay at Motel 6! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff, especially the morning guest service representative, was consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. I really appreciate how accommodating the hotel has been, and the fact that pets stay free is a huge bonus. The price was great, making this an excellent value for the experience. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing cleanliness and comfort, I highly recommend Motel 6. I will definitely be returning!

You get what you pay for. I heard people stomping and running in the hall throughout the night as well as banging on doors. There was hair in the tub. Other than that everything else was fine. The customer service was good.

Its two minute walk to HEB store. If you dont have ause of vehicle you can still walk to CVS , HEB groceries store and restaurants.

For the price it was ok. Bed was not very comfy. Tub needs to be replaced, no shampoo or conditioner. We had to go get a roll of toilet paper. Hotel is in a convenient location near restaurant and shopping.

I was only there for 2 nights. Room was clean every day. The housekeeping came in made up. The Bed new towels was not given.a Wash clothes and I'm a wash cloth user. But anyway, just a great time. Great, stay.

Felt safe as a traveling nurse

I stayed while working as a contract nurse. I felt safe. There were laughing laughing kids in the pool at the end of each day. This location is very kid and pet friendly. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed. They even smiled when speaking to me at 05:30 am when I was leaving for my shifts. My room was clean. I had a fridge and microwave. There were no critters in my room and it was very quiet at night.

We booked the room almost a year in advance, but that doesn't mean we get a nice one. They gave us the smallest room at the end of the building farthest from the only functioning entry door (the one nearest didn't work with the room key to enter). The room really is only big enough for one person as there is nowhere to put a 2nd piece of luggage and no closet or even room for a luggage rack.The bed was comfortable enough and they claim it was a queen, but seemed more like a double somehow. There is a microwave and mini fridge, but no coffee maker or even coffee cups to heat water and no shampoo/hair dryer. The soaps are the thinnest I have ever seen in a hotel/motel. To top it off, the TV had no signal. The person at the front desk was very nice and said she checked other vacant rooms and there was no reception there either. The next day we asked to switch rooms and they said there was no problem with the TV service and in fact it worked in the new room. Lastly, the rooms seemed clean enough, but I did see a tiny cockroach in the bathroom of the first room.
