"We were mislead by the owner on the website thinking we paid for a hotel not an air B&B. Paid for a queen bed with 2 twins $ breakfast. Upon arririval we had one double bed & no twin bed but a fold out metal cot ( uncomfortable) & breakfast was continental. Driver had difficulty finding the place. "Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up). "

"The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the room is spacious enough for a family. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December."
