"Excellent location and very spacious. No sharp knives but otherwise kitchen was well equipped and apartment had everything we needed for our stay."

"You must sign up for shuttle to metro station only 8 slots per trip it will put u close the the vatican or you will have to cab or Uber it and nothing before 830qm also showers are super small no drawers for clothes so you can hang a few items other than that you are out of suitcase staff was extremely nice and helpful with the exception of one individual and they give you a complimentary drink on day of arrival but only specific drinks not anything you want from the bar"

"We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful and clean rooms. We left too early each day to enjoy the breakfast options. Would a self-help option be possible? Also we would have been fine with not cleaning service but did not find a door tag to display this, offer this possibility?"

"The location is a big advantage—everything was easy to reach, which made exploring Rome very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choices to start the day. The hotel has a classic, old-world charm, but overall it feels a bit tired. The corridor carpets, for example, gave off a slightly dirty feel. I understand preserving the style, but refreshing or deep-cleaning certain areas would make it feel much cleaner without losing its character. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, mainly because of the location and breakfast, but some updates would really improve the experience."
