This property was absolutely amazing. It was in a very great location very modern yet still had the Italian feel that we were looking for the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a safe reasonable upscale environment.

Really great AC & pretty building. Shower did not have a shelf for toiletries or a hook for towels, which was annoying. There was not really room on the sink to set anything down either.

The guesthouse is located within walking distance of Vatican. Homely streets with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The landlords made it a wonderful experience for us by helping arrange a smooth check-in, recommending local resources, and maintaining prompt contact throughout our stay. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Beautiful property! Walking distance to Vatican City and a short taxi ride into Rome’s city center. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We never saw any staff including at check-in/check-out. Room was small but clean. A.C. worked minimally but was adequate for the moderate May temperatures. Great location and we could walk to everything. Needed three codes to get into the general building, our building and then our room which was a bit of a hassle at times.
