「Was overall good. Just inconvenient not to have complimentary room service. I was there for 4 days & would have appreciated that free service. Instead I was told I could bring down the dirty towels and get new ones. It’s ok but not ideal. The washer machines weren’t working properly, some type of connection issue. Staff was excellent but because that’s owned by a third party, I wasted about 45-60 mins waiting for it to reboot and work. Again, not ideal. But pricing for the stay was great. So...

「Check-in was at 3 pm, but our room wasn’t even ready. When we finally got in, the bed linens had not been changed and had yellow stains all over. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. This was a waste of money and extremely disappointing.」
