「Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option.」

We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner 」

「Room was very beautiful, modern and comfortable. View to ocean and La Gomera was stunning. Surrounding area also beautiful. Spa was nice but complicated to book and pool area top. Fitness room too small and breakfast definitely not 5 stars. Selection was small.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Fantastic hotel, the accommodation is top class, beautifully fitted out and the private outside area and pool in the villa is very impressive. This was our second time visiting and we will be back. The hotel is small and quiet, it has a chilled atmosphere and is beautifully furnished with plants and greenery all around. 「Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding.」
