"What an amazing place. If can stay here, do. We were allocated a villa with two on-suite bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, private pool, huge balcony with dining area, cabana, multiple loungers and private pool. The upstairs bedroom also had a balcony with loungers, and an outdoor bath with views across the valley. Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to get whatever you need. In room dining was an experience, although the restaurant is excellent. Very good choice if you have allergies, especially gluten. It’s not near to anything, but a taxi arrived in a couple of minutes and was cheaper than we expected. A local told us not to use Uber as their license requires them to be more expensive than local cabs. Also, the hotel and our room is beautiful. Lots of lovely touches, plus old fashion service (you can put your shoes out at night for cleaning). I forgot to mention the turndown service with a chocolate on your pillow and fresh ice filled ice bucket, and a drink stocked bar and fridge."

The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. "Really pleasant stay. We booked Alma Hostel on the day was an hour's notice. Check in was less than a minute and done online. Key codes are provided within a minute of check-in. There are multiple private rooms, sizes vary. Our twin room had a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh smelling. There are 2 lockable toilets/bathrooms one big (2 sinks, big shower, tiolet, bidet) and one small (normal size for a small house) Didn't use the kitchen for anything more than hot water but had everything from ovens to hobs. Some people opted to make dinner with little trouble. Lastly, it seems to be a new, not on a lot of maps (is on Google) and a couple locals had no idea it was there. However, it's above the supermarket and the door is opposite Hotel rural Vilaflor. "

"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. The pool area was nice, clean and relaxing, and the pool water was clear but very cold. I would stay again, but I would definitely hire a car next time."
