"Wonderful experience, staff was lovely, rooms were sparkling clean, and air conditioner was impeccable. Outdoor balcony view was love could see the whole stunning views,and the sunrise as well as sunset view was spectacular!!!"

"Great hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. The only thing that was a bit annoying was how quickly the sun beds were raken in the morning. You would have to wake up super early just to get your sun bed before everyone runs to them to put their stuff on them. This has less to do with the hotel and more with the people, but I think the hotel should do something about this because it means not everyone gets to have a sun bed. Some people take up the sun bed all day so you don’t get to use one at all. It’s silly that people coming to a 5* hotel like this behave this way, it’s very selfish. The hotel needs to assign each room a certain number of hours per sun bed to ensure everyone gets their fair share at the swimming pool. Many people just hoard as many sun beds as possible which is unbelievable. I would have expected people at this hotel to have some dignity and respect for others. But alas."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it's one of those hotels you never want to leave! Our room was stunning with fabulous sea views. Staff were absolutely incredible, so attentive and food was incredible with a great choice of restaurants. My daughter has severe multiple food allergies and they were incredible in managing this. I can't wait to go back!"

Location fantastic - local market opposite hotel Thursday and Saturday. Free bus to Waterparks 1 min walk. Great selection of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Would highly recommend this hotel"
