「The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of...

「The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!」
