The good points are that bathrooms are clean and room as well. The negative is that they’re really stingy with the provision of towels and don’t change bedsheets if you ask them to. And there’s no luggage storage so you need to pay something outside

It is a hostel with shared washroom but charge you like a hotel don't get into the trap they asked me 10 euro to use the remote for the fan lol. Washroom is always busy and messy better pay a bit more and get a proper hotel.

This is a budget hotel nothing more nothing less. A few issues where the fan in the room didnot work, the front desk at 4pm had one person working and 8/9 guest trying to check in, It was a nightmare trying to book into a prepaid room.

Beautiful room. Terrible bathroom situation - so smelly, they need their plumbing redone. Smelt like piss all the time and the showers didn’t have warm or hot water, stayed two days only had one shower because didn’t want to spend time in smelly cold shower bathroom! Good location though, right in the centre so easy to get to prominent places

I stayed on the twin bedroom and had overall got a great experience, the bedroom was bigger than I was expecting, comfortable beds, great location, close to everything (including tourist attractions, groceries stores and restaurants). The only major problem that i got was in my last day the water from the shower was not heating up, I don't know how fast they fixed since I checked out before it. Highly recommended for short stays.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Room was bright and airy and had a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and plenty of storage. There were fridges, hobs, microwaves, ironing equipment and a washing machine at my disposal. The location being on Gran Via is extremely noisy, day and night. I was a bit worried that the front door to the apartment on the 4th floor was almost permanently left open and nobody on the front desk seemed to be monitoring who comes and goes beyond a cursory glance. My room within the apartment was lockable, though, so that was good.

STAY AWAY

Rating would be a lot higher if there hadn’t been ear-shattering construction taking place from 8AM-5PM every weekday. The drilling and hammering was so disruptive that they were practically begging the guests to check out early and choose to stay somewhere else. Also, the smell of the construction flooded the halls and was very hard to breathe in. I can’t believe this is an actual business.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en mi vida y soy viajero frecuente pero este ha sido el peor... muy ruidoso, no hay privacidad alguna, todo se escucha atraves de las puertas y paredes, el ruido de la calle horrible, como es posible que el papel de baño se halla terminado en todo el hotel y como es posible que se caiga el break y te quedes sin corriente en la habitacion... HORRIBLE NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA... PARA MI FUE NEGATIVO O

Meine Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild; es war zwar sauber, aber es gab keinen Stromanschluss für die Schreibtischlampe und ein Wandhaken war in der Mauer nicht befestigund. Katastrophal waren die sanitären Anlagen. Eine Frechheit so etwas für diesen Preis anzubieten. Der Gestank war wiederlich und es gab auch nur eine Dusche für ein ganzes Stockwerk. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage hervorragend. Ich kann diese Unterkunft aus den genannten Gründen auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable con este hotel. Hice una reserva y pagué por dos noches (check-in el 14 de octubre de 2025 a las 3:00 p.m. y check-out el 16 de octubre a las 11:00 a.m.) con la intención de llegar el 15 de octubre a las 10:30 a.m. para descansar. Cuando llegué, me informaron que habían cancelado mi reserva y entregado mi habitación a otra persona, argumentando que me consideraron un “no show” por no haber hecho check-in el día 14 a las 3:00 p.m. Esto me parece totalmente injusto y abusivo, ya que la habitación estaba pagada en su totalidad y era mi decisión si deseaba o no ocuparla desde la primera noche. Además, no me ofrecieron ningún reembolso ni solución, lo cual considero un acto de falta de ética y profesionalismo. Básicamente el hotel se quedó con mi dinero y revendió la habitación, algo que considero un abuso y una falta de respeto al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie que valore un servicio responsable y justo.
