「We loved the Naples Grande. Our room was spacious and clean and we we had an awesome balcony. The staff was exceptional, especially Austin and Mariano at the pool bar and Barry, Jay and Austin (again) at the inside bar. The housekeeping staff and the valets too were all friendly and welcoming. Never had an issue and will definitely go back again. We spent our days at the pool and beach and explored Naples for dinners every night. We had 5 wonderful, sunny and hot days and loved every minute of...

「Walls were thin, you could hear the noise above you and outside the doors. We were kept up late at night by noise above us multiple nights. As long as you don’t have noisy neighbors there’s really nothing to complain about. The prices on the simplest of thinks was quite offensive. $26 croissant from the cafe lol」

「We had been to this hotel before but had not seen their Executive Suite. Thanks to our front desk representative Robert, we had an awesome stay. He went over all the details of beach chairs and umbrella, and shuttle service and times. Excellent service!」

「The property was well situated. It was clean and comfortable. Sadly, the front desk staff were not so good. They attempted to put us in a room that looked down on the HVAC for the whole property rather than with a view of the pool. They were very haughty when I explained I paid extra for to be over the pool. Eventually the problem was resolved, but the reaction to my concern (which I expressed politely) was very inappropriate. 」
