Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother saying anything.

I booked this hotel because it was new and advertised electric car charging, but the stay was disappointing from start to finish. The room was extremely basic, and the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear TVs and conversations from the rooms around me. Not ideal for getting any rest. At check‑in, the front desk agent first gave me a room on the first floor. I asked for something higher, and instead of placing me somewhere reasonable, he put me on the very top floor in the very last room of the entire hotel. If that was meant to be a joke, it wasn’t a good one. The biggest letdown was the EV charger. After charging my car for 12 hours, it only added about 20 miles of range. Completely useless and a waste of time — especially since the charger was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Between the noise, the unhelpful room assignment, and the ineffective EV charging, it just wasn’t worth the stay.

The place was nice and the staff were excellent. My only dissatisfaction was that the walls are thin you hear every door close that is near your room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again

Super secure and easy parking with lots of spaces. Room was super clean and front desk associates were so gentle snd polite. Definitely is a place to come back!

Parking was easy. The staff was VERY friendly. The room temperature was comfortable as well as the bed. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold and the television had the channels that my friends wanted to watch. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I took a star off for Amenities because when my friends and I plugged our cell phone chargers into the outlets, it gave very little charge to our phone batteries. After the trip, I used my charger to charge my phone at home and it was fully charged. There was something wrong with your outlets. Everything else was SUPER!!!

Parking was easy, nothing around this location that's walkable. But nice hotel super fast check in , nice room that was clean, beds comfy. No breakfast or anthing like that but was doable for a one night stay on the road traveling. We traveled with 2 small children also.

Echo Suites was very clean, easily accessible, and reasonably priced. It felt very "new" though, and seemed to be missing a few basic items yet.

It may be a new building but there was limited lounge area no coffee cups or cffee maker.the toilet paper dispenser needs to be upgraded the roll would continuously come off. Just a cheap setup.

The room had a very terrible smell, so we had to move rooms. There were no cooking utensils in the rooms. So we could not cook the food we bought. There was an unusual smell throughout the hotel. We would not recommend.this place.
