「Overall excellent hotel, except the beach is too far and no service within the beach area」

「The hotel is located only 20-min drive from Mari Mari Cultural Village and offers great views of both sunset from the restaurant and the sunrise from the Rose Villa. The only disappointing thing was the long wait for breakfast, which caused us to leave for Kinabalu Park much later than we planned. Once the restaurant service improves, this will be the perfect hotel.」

Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. 「換了3次房間⋯⋯第一次房間門鎖無法感應，第二次房間被單上有污漬且牆上有壁癌⋯住了一晚冷氣的噪音吵了一整晚而且冷氣漏水滴的我行李箱都是水，第3次終於換了一間新的冷氣沒噪音，房間也乾淨許多，服務人員的態度一直都很好！只是這3間房間的共通點都是飯店提供的wifi都訊號微弱到無法使用。 還有！離市區太遠了而且又是容易塞車的路段⋯優點就是比市區飯店安靜多了⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯」
