Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were pretty and the views were amazing. Some things around need fixing and maintenance is due for so many things. However the staff and service were excellent.

Lovely idyllic setting, perfect for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This was our second visit to this resort and I would not hesitate to come back again. Hopefully the SeaView cafe will be open then as this was a big favourite with my family. Highly recommended.

It’s was ok but needs some upkeep.

Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying. You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part. There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge. For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night.

Things I did not like during my entire stay: It was too much out of the way so no grab was available on regular rates; Not too many options available for food; No wifi availability; Lights did not work in the pool, so couldn't use it at night.

There is no signage for reception on arrival at this property. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down. There was no lounges around the pool only table and chairs, which didn't make the area very inviting to sit around. The only facility it has is a small cafe, where the food is very average to say the least. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

It is kind of inconvience for the stay as the area is huge, you need travel from one place to another just to get into your room. BUT you will surprise to see there is private steam room or jaccuzi in your master bedroom, which is first of it kind compare with other hotel suite. BUT then i am VERY unhappy with how they spam us with their never end whatsapp message. which they have NO RIGHTS to contact us in such way. Our phone number for sure has been abused. There is lot of other way to communicate with customer, but kindly ask for permission before you choose to do that, keep sending us repeated msg or even promoting your SPA with diffirent number does not help us felt we get spammed by the hotel. But staff are helpful here, sadly maybe the way how their management choose to operate included sending us all those unwanted message is questionable, kindly review. This is the first hotel that doing such, even AFTER we inform them please do NOT bothering us anymore but they STILL doing it.

시내에서 그랩을 타고 갔는데 생각보다 와! 멀다는 아닌데 멀어요…물이랑 간단한 먹거리 챙기세요! 셀프체크인 하라고 연락왔는데 체크인하우스 가니까 이름 여권 확인후 친절히 안내해주시고 정문이랑 룸이 멀어서 언제걸어가나 했는데 수시로 버스있구요 발코니문열면 넓은바다보이고 바로앞에 수영장있는데 엄청크지않고 수영장 물은 괜찮은데 큰애들이 다이빙금지라고 써있는데 다이빙하더라구요 직원은 없어서 제지안되구요 그시간피하면 저희애들은 마음껏 수영했어요 시내에서 멀고 편의점없고 다 알고갔는데 화장실은 조금 관리가 덜된!느낌이라 언니랑 둘이 애들쓰기전에 간단하게 청소하고 사용했어요 저희언니는 하수구 냄새가 조금 났다는데 저는 못느꼇고 일단 직원분들 진짜 친절하셔요!!

住宿地方残旧没有好好保养冲厕所冲水破旧没有应当功能,职员对顾客资料不全再次收取税金,没有足够吃的地方,整个餐厅只有一两个客人,不去也没有损失,但周围环境很好对着海边是不错的地方

정말 모든 것이 느리고 불친절 하였으며, 택시 불러달라고 한 갓도 시간을 틀려서 곤락하게 만들었고, 조식도 맛이 없고 방 바닥 청소가 잘 안되어 있어 발바닥이 금방 더러워지고 세면대 변기 등 뭉이 잘 내려가지 않아 너무 뷸편하였삽니다. 프론트 메니저는 시종일관 불친절로 대응 했고 경관과 경치는 좋은 것과 반대로 마음 편안히 지내러 갔던 곳에서 마음 불편하게 있다가 왔습니다.

Best resort ever. Calm & peaceful.

훌륭한 리조트입니다. 도심에서 멀리 떨어져있어서 투어를 하기에는 불편할 수있지만, 가족들과 아름다운 해변을 바라보며 조용하고 여유로운 시간을 보내기에는 최적의 장소입니다. 모든 staff들이 매우 친절하고, 미소로 반겨줍니다. 특히 Jenny, 감사해요. 당신과 나눈 대화가 매우 즐거웠습니다.

The wave n beach is nice. 2 night in full villa but inside is run down. The toilet tab is broken, toilet flash is not function well, door to beach area is jammed, the tilam are not flat, you can feel it is in out of shape. Cannot sleep well. For double bed. Single is ok. Unit 122. Breakfast menu are same. For 3rd night we move to half villa . The top floor making a lot of noice . Pulling or moving the foot sound or pulling table n etc. 2am you still can listen ppl jumping . I stay 3 rd floor 4th floor ppl no concern what time.
