「If you’re looking to reconnect with nature this property is right up your alley , but I must warn you there are some things that left me feeling disappointed. Under property information it states that they provide tour assistance when in reality all they provide is a car service and nothing else you have to do your homework on what’s to do in the area.We were also promised a to go breakfast but at check out there was nothing left for us. 「The blinds were so thin you can see inside the rooms. The door had no locks from the inside. Ants were always everywhere even at dinner time. Only one sweet lady who did an amazing job running the entire place and it seemed like I was the only one there at the time. This spa is not a good place too stay. Not even an iron or air conditioner was in the rooms at all either and list goes on. Stay away!」

The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. 「I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before. There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport.」

「Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh.」

「Brand new property; very clean and well designed. Beautiful lobby with separate lounge and reading spaces, dining space, bar and outside seating. Excellent self serve buffet breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold food options and even some cook to order items (eg. eggs cooked to order). Free social on Wednesday evenings with food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, beautiful rooms (no carpet!) with lovely mountain views, full sized fridge, and well designed bathroom....
