Positives: Really lovely hotel staff, and they even help me set up a private tour of Poas with a lovely human named Ricardo. The rooms were overall clean (a little more on this below), although they were small. Cons: My sink didn't have hot water during my stay. I didn't have hot water in my shower either. The kind hotel staff came and checked twice, but perhaps it's because I showered a bit later in the day, that I did not have hot water. I only had a short stay, so I tolerated it, but not having hot water is unacceptable. The drape that goes at the bottom of the bed also had some stains.
