This was a really good stay, from the moment you get into the shuttle from the airport, to being greeted at the lobby, the clean and spacious rooms, great food at the restaurant with helpful servers, and the clean pool. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Costa Rica!

The hotel was very clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed our stay on our first night so much, we came back and stayed our last night in country. The restaurant makes excellent food and has fast service, and the Doubletree welcome cookie is difficult to beat.

Very nice property with pretty foliage and landscaping. Some room decor and parts can use updating but nice, spacious and clean. Restaurant was great with many healthy options especially breakfast buffet. Amenities offer spa, gym, pool and casino. Executive lounge was an great addition. All staff were amazing. With complementary shuttle service, what more do you need. Store and other eating options walkable and nearby. Not walkable too much else I don’t believe. Will return.

Horrible experience, they didn’t help. Room was stinky and we found bed bugs the morning we left with bed bug bites all over the side of our bodies. We found a bed bug in our blanket and had to throw it away. DO NOT STAY HERE! Disgusting!!

L’hôtel est impeccablement tenu, tout est très propre (chambre, aires communes, piscine …). Ça sent très bon partout ! La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a de tout. Le personnel est charmant, très poli et professionnel. La climatisation est silencieuse : bonheur ! Le stationnement est sécurisé et suffisamment spacieux. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport est excellent. Deux séjours dans cet hôtel, et j’y retournerai à chaque séjour à San José.
