「Everything was great. Your staff member Allison that work in the breakfast/lounge area is fantastic. My wife and I always looked forward to see8ng her whenever we go to breakfast 」

「Our bathroom tap was broken. Couldn’t run the water at all, I think the censor was broken. And the shower head was broken and only a small stream of water was coming out. Our coffee machine also was broken had to hold down the buttons for it to work. 」

「This was a lovely place to spend our first couple of nights in Costa Rica after a long flight. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were great, as was our evening meal. The accommodation felt vibrant and Costa Rican, which we loved, but could do with a little updating. However, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and would highly recommend it.」

「Había ropa sucia en el baño de mi habitación, no tenían lo que yo pedí en el restaurante :( los toboganes son pequeños creo que es mucho de perspectiva en las fotos, me gustó el jacuzzi y me metí a las albercas (estaban frías) 6.5/10 solo estuve 2 noches, un día completo la pasé en las albercas el día siguiente estuve fuera solo pagué por dormir, los animales de llanta eran impresionantes y lindos los koi」

「 Just what we needed to wrap up our trip and be conveniently close to the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the airport shuttle made everything easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
