"The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish."

"Everything was amazing, except on the weekend when more guests arrived, the elevators took more than 30 minutes to reach your floor due to their weight capacity. "

"The beds were disgusting, you can feel the wires in the mattress. The mattress was old and stained and had bed bugs. The sheets were old and torn, the top sheet was torn and tattered. The room had no towels the evening front desk clerk was bothered by my request for towels. Our 2nd room was dirty and smelled of urine at check in, this was after we had to wait for them to check that the room was ready to Check into. We had to wait again for them to clean it, the tv also wasn’t working in the room. The pool has soo much bleach in it that it stings your skin. Would never stay here again. "

"Simple room with AC,TV in a central location. Walkable to the Zocolo for a great price. Downsides are there is no view, the bathroom needed updating and it’s kinda in a shady back alley. No Pool. "
