"On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms crawling around the room. "Building looks new renovated, feels good and whole area kept clean. Front desk staff are warm and willing to help. Have a small swimming pool on the roof with restaurant. Compared with the neighborhood, the breakfast is acceptable. Nice hotel if you need to stay one night before departure next morning!"

"Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!"

"I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I didn’t have enough cash, they finally allowed a credit‑card deposit instead. Room service is available if you prefer to stay in, but the menu options are quite limited. The restaurant food is actually better. One time when I ordered room service, the staff asked me to pay in cash, but I told them to charge it to my room — it seems the hotel prefers cash in general, which was a bit confusing. The hotel has its own private beach, reachable by a shuttle that takes about five minutes down the hill. You can simply tell the front desk when you’d like to go. The beach is quiet and clean — a nice spot to relax. Overall, this hotel is a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. While some procedures (like the deposit and payment method) could be improved, the setting and atmosphere make it a pleasant place to stay. "
