The staff was very friendly. The location was close close to Phuket after a short drive and far enough away for some peace and quiet.

The hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location.

The staff at Baan Paea were extremely welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked into the guesthouse. They checked us in with no issues. They all seemed to speak enough English to communicate our needs and help when we needed. They consistently cleaned the room, not bothering us while we were in the room, instead waiting until we left to go out. While the rooms were kinda of small, it was very clean and nice and seemed very cozy. No windows in the rooms, but that wasn't an issue that bothered me or my wife. Always had hot and cold water available in the main common area, and supplied the room with two bottles of water daily, along with other supplies such as toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and shower caps, along with fresh towels. They changed sheets on the bed every two days, and never bothered our personal belongings. The location puts you within a short taxi drive from many different fun things to do. And within 30 or so minutes to many of the beaches. There are also a few really good places to eat on the main street, just a few minutes walk around to the main street, along with two 7elevens, a Supercheap store and a Lotus store, where you can purchase most things you may need while visiting . My wife and I would very much stay here again when traveling to Thailand.

Excellent stay

I was a tad hesitant to book this into this hidden gem however very glad I did! Super friendly and very accommodating staff ! They are what makes this place a solid 10/10! Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels. The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face! However the staff accommodated a request to close off the areas that allowed light in. It’s was great stay and worth the price given the now so sound proof doors. I would book back here in an instant on my next journey to Phuket!!

Unfortunately, when I got to Thailand, the original hotel that i had booked well, the so-called hotel. And after leaving there, after one night and then leaving for somewhere else in haste. And then I found this place. I would say the best way to describe. It is a diamond in a rough! It is a gem. The place is undervalued in the way being, describing.. Everything about it is excellent. The staff goes over and beyond to help you. They call it a hostel. I don't know why! You are given shampoo shower cap fresh water every day. Fresh Towels every day. Tea coffee biscuits, I could go on. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. The only downside is if you are a couple the rooms are a little bit tight. And they are no outside scenery from your room if you don't mind that.. Apart from that Out of this 🌎 price, great 👍
