"我book這房屋，但入住兩天前先通知我，轉左房間，因已在日本，溝通上已經好大問題，同埋屋主不是即時覆電郵，入住新房間完全不是我想的，起碼沒有免費停車場，有公眾停車場，但係少位，屋主放低600¥，其他我都唔再講總之令我失望……"

"To begin.. the address changed to somewhere else.. took a hour to get there.. the rooms had small beds the size of cots .. we asked for a room to hold 3-4 people .. they gave us 2 cots instead. staff didn't speak English when we tried calling and they wouldn't change the room or give a refund. We left the next morning and never heard back from the staff other than leave the keys in mailbox. "
