"A nice quiet place next to a bus stop and train station for easy access around all of Osaka. Grocery and laundry are quick to access and the neighborhood is quiet and clean."

"To begin.. the address changed to somewhere else.. took a hour to get there.. the rooms had small beds the size of cots .. we asked for a room to hold 3-4 people .. they gave us 2 cots instead. staff didn't speak English when we tried calling and they wouldn't change the room or give a refund. We left the next morning and never heard back from the staff other than leave the keys in mailbox. "

"我book這房屋，但入住兩天前先通知我，轉左房間，因已在日本， 溝通上已經好大問題， 同埋屋主不是即時覆電郵，入住新房間完全不是我想的， 起碼沒有免費停車場， 有公眾停車場 ，但係少位，屋主放低600¥， 其他我都唔再講 總之令我失望……"

"The beds are the worst, the most uncomfortable beds ever. Also cable tv no instructions and didn’t work so unless you speak Japanese you can’t see anything. Clean place and good neighborhood."
