"露天風呂是最佳賣點，餐食以野菜和漬物為主不能期望太大。難以用英語原整溝通，處理業務的年長女管家規矩頗多。於旅遊淡季時，為節省開支而不願開放男女湯各一，而要夫妻混浴當然還可接受，但將早上入湯時段取消，怎説那高檔的旅館費便不值了。唯一登山索道廢棄更令旅程大打折扣，以無料自助電話客服聯繫無人接聽，尤幸鐵道站長幫忙聯絡才可令店方以客車落山接送。"
