"Overall, the stay was average. The location is convenient, as it’s close to the station. However, the service was below expectations. I paid extra to book a trundle room (three beds), but was instead given a double room. I showed the front desk my booking confirmation, but they refused to provide the room type I had reserved. It seemed the hotel may have oversold their rooms and reassigned me to a lower category. No reimbursement or refund was offered for the difference."
