「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「This hotel was excellent in regards of staff friendly helpfulness! We really enjoyed our stay here and would return. The hot breakfast item choices are very processed and it would be so nice to have a step up in quality in that area. This is probably a corporate directive, if so , shame on them. I’m sure the executives would want a better breakfast than they provide for their customers. We stayed in the Hampton inn in Williamstown Ky on this trip as well, same crappy egg stuff and fatty sausage...

「Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!」

「Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and was very well maintained and located to get to, only gripe was we had a room right next to fitness room and had someone dropping dumbbells onto the ground hard at 5:15 in the morning not sure if they could get switched to other wall to relieve that noise a little which would be the kitchen wall, but overall a nice stay and would go back」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

「When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). Our Innkeeper was very nice and accommodating. After returning from a concert, we stopped at the bar area for drinks. The street is quiet and parking is across the...

「In Cincinnati for a show, and stayed here for one night. Hotel was very nice! The location was perfect. Right next to Newport on the Levee and direct access to Purple People Bridge to take you across to Cincinnati River front. Our room layout had the bathroom “behind” the beds with a wall separating the two areas. Nice to have a little privacy between the two areas. Great option when staying in Cincinnati!」
