"While the property is obviously dated, the hotel is suitable, rooms are good sized and the gym was well equipped.
Every member of the front desk staff was professional and courteous.
I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next visit."
"Great location. Comfy bed. Would have given 5 stars overall but we never got our room serviced and had to request towels, coffee, etc. But they were good about bringing the items to us."
"The hotel is 6 months old (as of July '25). Very nice, well laid out. Continental breakfast outstanding. It even has an outdoor sitting area on turf grass. You can buy a beer pass and help yourself to the 6 taps in the breakfast area. Pretty cool. We stayed only 1 night to take in the Reds game. Website suggests 15 minute walk to the park. It's actually just over 20 minutes but a very enjoyable walk. Highly recommend this stay. "
"It was very nice, and very convenient to go anywhere. Beautiful place. The room wasn’t very clean bathroom was dirty, and the rooms floors were dirty. Pillows were so flat. "
"I really liked how smooth the check in was. Very attentive staff and shout-out to the valet. Room was clean and spacious. There was a construction site next to the hotel which prevented me from having a nice city view from my room but it still was a great overall experience."
