「This is my second stay at this hotel, and the service remains impeccable, especially in terms of room cleanliness and organization. The breakfast menu varies every other day, which is a nice touch. However, I was slightly disappointed that the live egg-cooking station by the chef has been discontinued. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and a great choice for anyone visiting Tachikawa City in Tokyo.」

「This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.」
