Great location just a couple of minutes from the Fukutoshin & Oedo subways lines and walkable to Shinjuku station. Newer, clean and the rooms are ever so slightly larger than some other business hotels in the city, comfortable for a solo traveller for 1-4 days. Breakfast was good, staff were good, would stay here again.

Very good service, they clean your room every day and offer free pajamas/face masks/cleansing oil and more. The location is amazing close to many metro stations. Room is small but it is the standard for Tokyo and has everything you need.
