「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」
