「1.住處非常乾淨，有洗衣機和廚房相當方便，房間空間大，可放置大行李箱都沒問題。 2. 安靜的住宅區域，離車站步行約10分鐘。 3. 有一天因瓦斯沒有work，導致當下無熱水使用，而服務人員在線上給予支援解決問題，十分感謝。 4. 需注意之處： 因是公寓式住宅自助check-in, check-out, 沒有寄存行李服務，建議提早準備好行李寄存準備。另外，無電梯，所以必須自行搬運行李上下樓，這點需格外注意。」

「Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints.」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「我們住了11天，房間很乾淨，隔音效果不錯，位置相當好，大概需要的電器和物品都有了（除了抹布、浴室垃圾桶、洗衣精），浴室的暖氣和乾燥系統相當有效，下次會考慮再次拜訪。 二三樓以上沒有電梯，樓梯間很乾淨好爬。」
