"Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable."

"This is my third time in Siem Reap and this hotel is the best! It is very close to Angkor Wat and the owner and his daughter are super friendly and make sure you have a pleasant stay! The room is huge and the bathroom is even bigger! Finally, after a long day of walking around the temples, the pool is a great way to relax!! And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! "

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not so great as it was far from any shops or restaurants. If I was to do this trip again I would have preferred to find a hotel closer to walking street where the restaurant and night market is as we went there every night after the temples to grab dinner. "
