「It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.」

「The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. 「The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. 「We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins.
