Convenient location for sightseeing Angkor Wat and Angkor Tom. Excellent service and great breakfast! Room is so spacious and very quiet. It is a great place to relax after visiting Angkor Wat relax around swimming pool (huge and very clean swimming pool.) Spa massage was wonderful as well. This hotel really made me relax and made my travel experience wonderful. I stayed another different brand hotel but this hotel superb in everything. I definitely come back again!

Be careful about your airport transfer. I had emailed the hotel ahead of time, as did other passengers. Instead of sending a car with a shared cost, they tried to make me pay double when a private taxi at the airport is half that amount. When I'm already paying for a high end hotel, don't take advantage of me on the transport and other costs during my stay.

The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, setting a warm and welcoming tone when you walk in. The staff at Sokha are outstanding—always smiling, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Special mention to Mr. Sambom and Mr. Saroven, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Mr. Sambom was very pleasant to chat with and gave us a fun tour around the facility in the resort’s "Rolls Royce" golf cart. Overall, Sokha Siem Reap Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and comfortable hotel. We highly recommend it!
