"We stayed at this hotel with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—close to the city center but still peaceful and relaxing. The resort facilities are excellent: the pool area, dining room, and buffet were all fantastic. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive and kind.
On the day of our checkout, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay until 3:30 PM, which was very helpful as we had a late flight to catch.

Very hot, so biking is only an option early in morning or in the evening. If you have courage consider renting a motor scooter for convenience and flexibility! Siem Reap hasn't recovered from CoViD-19 so lots of giant deserted hotels and restaurants

Siem Reap is awesome. The Temples are the main draw and absolutely worth it, but there is so much on to offer here! The circus, the shopping, the theatre and the food. The list goes on! Cambodian people are also so kind, highly recommend Siem Reap!

A taxi from the new airport is $25 US, no bargaining. The shuttle, three times a day is $8 US each. Some very interesting nooks and crannies downtown. Artist market - not to be confused with the night or old market, trade school, etc.

Phnom Kulen National Park (about 1.5hrs by scooter) is worth a visit, and the Phare, The Cambodian Circus, was a great night out (more like musical theatre with some impressive gymnastics, acrobatics, and juggling).

The people in Siem Reap are wonderful. The temples (Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei, Ta Prohm, etc.) are everything we have read about. We have learned a great deal of Siem Reap and Cambodian history from our trip.

Siem Reap has a great ambience. Well worth a visit. Angkor Wat is fascinating and should not be missed. Try getting there for the sunrise. If you need to visit the loo remember to take toilet paper with you!

The hotel is extremely convenient in going out for dinner, drinking, shopping, taking tour, and also for airport access.
The breakfast is valuable in choice, and there is bathtub in the room which is really nice to relieve the fatigue from visiting ruins.

"We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options including made to order omelet, crepe and soup stations.
The hotel is about a 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the main tourist area. This wasn't an issue at all since there are so many tuk tuk drivers around it was very easy to find rides whenever we needed them.
Highly recommend this resort! Would stay here again next time we visit."
