Everything was good, They need to get the TV working, The stair case does not have hand rail which was not helpful. Staff was extremely nice and help full. I will recommend this place to any one. Very safe

This is not a 4 stars hotel at all . More like 3 or 2 stars. Staff is very friendly and try the best to help but rooms condition and hotel facilities are not pleasant. We book 4 night and the first day we cancel our reservation and move to another hotel .

Chambre très spacieuse. Personnel au petits soins mais parlant très peu anglais voir pas du tout... par contre le hic c est que l hôtel se situe loin du ve très de Siem reap , et on doit prendre un tuktuk pour 4 dollars à chaque trajet... piscine est belle et propre mais très ombragée . Présence de hammam et sauna en libre service!

Magnifique établissement. Vastes chambres très propres et équipées. Personnel aux petits soins. Lieu calme et reposant. Seul bemol, un peu loin du centre ville et tarifs des tuktuks élevés : 10 dollars aller-retour.

This was an amazing experience. The Cheata has a dedicated staff that exceeded my expectations at every turn and the only resort I arrived at in Asia that had a driver waiting with a sign as I exited the Airport. I departed Cambodia feeling as though I had developed a close relationship with the staff and at this point consider them friends. Poe, who’s name is pronounced Pow was the assistant manager and had a welcome planned for us including cold towels and drinks. We were treated as though we were the only guests in the hotel. They were instrumental in planning our excursions to the surrounding temples and museums. I bought so much art and souvenirs that I needed a new suitcase and Poe personally took me to the city to buy a new one because I managed my time poorly and needed to rush to catch a flight. I could go on forever about how this stunningly beautiful resort was filled with amazing staff and writing this review is truly the least I could do. I left the resort feeling as though I owed them more money for all they had done for me. With their help I made the most of my time in Cambodia and feel a deep respect and appreciation for the Cambodian people. If you are looking for a high end resort experience, look no further! The Cheata is responsible for giving my group the most satisfaction of any hotel experience we encountered in ALL of Asian and it was completely unexpected.
