「It’s a beautifully kept place, well located with lovely architecture and design and great onsite amenities like a restaurant and spa. The staff are excellent- friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough.」

「The rooms were super comfortable. The balconies were fantastic. The staff was super helpful in a restaurant on site was pretty great. Even the buffet breakfast included every morning was pretty awesome and the pool was a nice addition」

「One of our most memorable stays! The setting was so beautiful, natural and relaxing. We would stay again and appreciate all of the help. Siem Reap is awesome!」

「I honestly cannot give this property enough stars. The staff treated me as though helping me was an actual pleasure and not just a job. They assisted with special requests and anticipated my needs. It felt like I was not just a guest but the only guest by how they spoke to me by name, inquired about my tours and plans and even spoke to tuk tuk drivers on my behalf. They always made sure I had a way back and not just a ride to where I was going. The atmosphere is stress free and relaxing....

「Nice experience in angkor heart bungalow. All the staff and manager are helpful and nice. Food and drinks in hotels are the best i had tried in here.Surely, if i come siem reap next time, i will go heart bungalow again.」

「The staff were friendly, easy to communicate with and always helpful. The restaurant has a small selection but it was always soo good and I didn't feel like i was missing anything! The hotel is small and so it felt very comfortable and safe and familiar.I arranged with them to pick me up at the airport, so that was easy. The whole experience there was great. I would come back and also highly recommend it.」

「Nice older hotel with wonderful staff.」

「Pool was clean and well maintained. Shops were a Tuktuk or taxi drive ( about 5 minutes) easy access to tuktuk nearby.. very cheap and a great way to experience Siem Reap. Staff are very friendly and obliging」
