We stayed in a Family Connecting room which was perfect! Rooms were spacious, beautifully fitted and very comfortable. Both pools were fantastic with great lounges & cushions. Easy walk to Pub Street and many great cafes. Would highly recommend. We loved the resident cat too.

The stay was fabulous. The two pools, the restaurants, and the room were all beautiful and clean. The people working at the hotel were friendly, courteous, and competent. Being there during Songkran was particularly great because the hotel and its staff set up a water station at the front complete with hose and barrel for everyone to participate. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel for your holiday

Had a great few days here and couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. Good choice for breakfast all cooked to order and a great bar with happy hour. Good location and safe to walk around

We’ve stayed several times in Siem Reap but this was our first occasion so close to Pub Street and on the same side of the river. Hence it was noisier than we’re used to, and it was initially a bit of a shock but the hotel itself is far enough away from the worst of the noise. The only criticism is that there is a high school behind the hotel and this seemed to be permanently noisy, but not really an issue. Just be aware it might wake you in the mornings if you sleep in. Maybe it depends on where your room is located. The upper pool was gorgeous and we often had it to ourselves. Breakfast was pretty good. We mainly gorged on the fruit and the mango in particular was sweet and plentiful. The noodle soup was not bad and they do an excellent poached egg. They got a new coffee machine while we were there and it was good too. All staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault them at all. There was only luke warm water in the shower on the first day and one sink wasn’t draining well. It was all fixed that day so no complaints there at all. Would we stay here again? Not sure as I do still prefer the peace on the opposite side of the river but we would consider it seriously. We had a sombok deluxe room and the only irritating point was the separate toilet which wasn’t near the bathroom so had to wander through the bedroom to wash hands afterwards. I’d have preferred the loo in the bathroom personally. Shower pressure was excellent though!

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes for 10 min walk to Pub street, in addition, there are many good restaurants near the hotel. Moreover, the service is also good. For example, there is a straw hat on each pool bed.

This was a refreshing oasis in the city. The hotel was filled with plants and trees, thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The staff members were attentive and pleasant. Wonderful place to stay. I would return to this hotel on my next visit.

Hotel aviary was amazing - lovely sized rooms, good location and wonderful service. I will definitely be rebooking for next time I am in Siem Reap. Simply can’t fault this hotel.

Fantastic location with a luxury vibe done with local style. Very convenient location, only a short walk to all the action of the 'old market' and 'pub street'. Super friendly staff who are very hospital and helpful. We booked a twin-room for our family with two teenage kids and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic value for money

A fabulous hotel and great value for money. The staff are wonderful, good humoured and very helpful. The room was huge with everything I needed and more. Two pools are a bonus and the food is good if you don't have energy to walk in the heat to a restaurant (although I only ate there once, preferring to explore Siem Reap)
