「It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. 「優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。 其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。 1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。 2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk...

「相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。」

The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather.
