"Good location in downtown with direct access to trolley to get around.
Staff is friendly. Walkable to the convention center, part of the river walk and a lot of places downtown. "
"The hotel lobby was very welcoming, clean and very spacious with lots of little nooks to sit and relax or read. Dining room was open and inviting. The staff was friendly and super helpful (shout out to Carlissa for her help). Area was convenient and in walking distance to lots eateries, convention, arena and bay. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and nice. Would stay again in future."
