「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Great stay of excellent value. We had our room upgraded to superior room which was very big. Quiet and elegant hotel at the urban oasis of Stockholm with historic background. Breakfast was good - we also came back for dinner in one of the evenings which was impressive. Highly recommended.」

「wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems....

「5 star accommodations, service, and location. Recommend taking advantage of the spa. Book a massage for the morning, tour about during the day and come back for a sauna, steam, and the hydropool in the evening - for one price. The Vasa museum and a 75 minute boat tour are musts. Superior room w harbor view was worthwhile too. 」

「Location, location, location! Perfect location to see Gamla Stan! Wonderful breakfast and reception great. The twin room is very tight around beds so if older be forewarned! Love the heated bathroom floors!」

Staff were so friendly and kind and genuinely proud of their city. And finally, the star of the show. Breakfast. One of, if not the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel. Fantastic choice. Staff who worked tirelessly to keeo plentiful supplies. Just wonderful. Thank you, we will definitely retun when we come back to Stockholm!」
