Very comfortable and practical hotel in a perfect location: walkable distance to all major attractions and several shopping hubs; and literally next to Central Station from where one can travel from anywhere in Stockholm to anywhere in Sweden to anywhere in Europe, not to mention the Arlanda airport express. Staff if friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

The hotel stay was nice, and near the bus station. Not a great location in terms of feeling safe outside though. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel.

Great location, right off the railway station, close to all the landmarks, as well as dining and shopping. Well designed hotel, the cozy type of rooms a bit on the small side, but space well organized, so overall, very comfortable. Very generous breakfast, good staff, would definitely go back. The pool was closed during our stay, unfortunately.

The staff were friendly and the rooms as expected. My only issue was that i screwed up my reservation by shortening it by one night and i was not able to extend it one more night. The could have assisted me is acquiring another room. I guess a regular club member is not that important.
