Clean rooms & baths with heated bathroom floor, pleasant staff esp reception, great breakfast selection, near transportation (Arlanda express & Stockholm main station), shopping, restaurants, cafes along Vasagatan, Kungsgatan & surrounding neighborhood. Walking distance to Gamla Stan, Royal Palace. My single bed mattress dipped in the center. Wd be ideal if the mattress could be flipped /changed to give better back support , better sleep to guests .

From the start of our stay to the finish all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. The restaurant was lovely. It was easy to find and within walking distance to public transport. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future

Best hotel on my latest trip to Europe. Excellent service. Big room and bathroom with additional living room. Breakfast buffet is huge. Great location, close to Stockholm Central Station and walkable distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town). I would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

A great stay! The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance to the central rail and bus stations, as well as the old city and all major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and the water was always hot for a shower. Breakfasts had something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Right by the Arlanda Express with plenty to do on your doorstep with a choice of great restaurants, plus tourist attractions in walking distance

The hotel was in a very good location for our stay in Stockholm. It was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very good. The reception area was comfortable and the coffee and ice water was very welcome. On the whole, we would recommend the hotel, especially to anyone taking the train or looking for a location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and sites. However, there were no maps at the front desk to help us get around, and some of the front desk staff, while very friendly, weren’t very knowledgeable about the area or suggestions about where we might find things such as postage stamps, etc.

Convenient location, friendly staff.

The hotel was in a very convenient location a short walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. There were 2 sets of weights for exercise, although not much room to do it and a chandelier in the shower was novel. I had to leave too early to try the breakfast.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of menu items and everything tasted great. However, since the menu was exactly the same every day, I think it would be even better if there were some changes or variations over time. As for the room, although it was small, it was clean and I was satisfied with it. One area for improvement would be the towel service, on one occasion, the used towels were collected but not replaced, which I hope can be addressed in the future.
