「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「服務溝通都很良好，房間也舒服，唯獨覺得洗碗機和洗衣機有點太舊，洗碗機洗不乾淨，洗衣機烘不乾，希望能更新硬體設備會更好喔 地點有個缺點是附近酒吧餐廳多，晚上有點吵」

「I barely used any of the facilities, so no comment on those apart from the kettle and the bathroom. The noise from outside was quite loud, and there was some commotion in the halls late at night, including someone pressing my buzzer in the middle of the night. The bed was clean and comfy, with clean towels. The shower was fine, although there is only complimentary shampoo and conditioner (no body wash). There were some problems with light fixtures. The main light took a few minutes to warm up...

「The worst experience」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」
