「We booked this unit on the day of arrival during Matariki weekend. We were pleasantly surprised at all the features which made our stay really comfortable and easy. The unit was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfy and linen, towels and toiletries were all clean and readily available. Awesome having a surprise ensuite in the front room as an addition to the full bathroom. Great for our family of 5. Lovely front room and awesome options on TV, free wifi and comfort furniture. 「I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken...

「One of the worst and overpriced motel, very old and smelled really bad when we checked it. This motel seriously needs a makeover. 1) There is one room, the kitchen and the living room are upstairs, the bathroom and the other room are downstairs, and the air conditioner is upstairs and doesn't work on the downstairs room.
