The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. The guy at the front desk was helpful but did not seem professional. Parking was horrible. I would stay there again but only in a pinch.

Great clean facilities it is bigger than it looks by pictures. We really enjoyed the cook breakfast in the morning with eggs, sausages hot food was a great addition to start our day & tasted delicious thank you.

The staff were great. There was hardly any parking for a hotel. The bathroom drawers and cupbiard under the sink wasn't cleaned. The hot water ran out the evening before we checked out. So had ton have cold showers.

1 night's stay, 2pax - good, can be better Rooms were clean & spacious - pillows were good quality, beds were a little too soft but that's just personal preference. Amenities were good, standard fare -bathroom was again spacious & clean, pretty ample space for one room. Staff were nice, though older female was more attentive on exit than the young male that initially greeted us on entry. Continental Breakfast this morning - basic, have had better elsewhere; attention to detail & presentation would help here. Overall, 7/10 - would stay here again, but at a push.

Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price.

We booked all inclusive which was a limited menu byt dinner we had were nice. Breakfasts was cooked to order. Not best options. Restaurant was cold and not very nice to sit. Lady who worked in the morning was nice. Room was clean but simple. Location was out of the way. Much better option in the area.

Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, although there was an issue with the heating as it took some time to heat the room and has to set into max but overall a very good place to stay at Rotorua. Highly recommended!
