"Overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. The room and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. My biggest frustration was how loud staff and guests were. I could hear everything in other rooms, hallways and the worst part was some type of remodel was happening directly across from my room. I had understand that things need to be fixed but a heads up would have nice. I’m on vacation and really don’t want to have that loudness impeding on my enjoyment. "

"The lobby and front of the hotel is beautiful however the rooms are not. They are dated, dark and grungy looking. He toilet is my bathroom kept running for hours, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to get an engineer in to fix the air conditioning more than once. Given what they charge and the location, the rooms need a lot of work and I believe the hotel should invest into this. We couldn’t use the amenities as everything was closed due to the Oscar’s. This should have been communicated when booking the hotel, not 2 days prior to checking in. Overall disappointing experience. "

"Squeaky clean rooms, super comfy beds, a surprising pool oasis. I was so pleasantly surprised! And it’s in a great spot with a lot of action. I’ll be staying there again next time I visit LA. "

"All staff treated us like royalty and I was very please and satisfied with our 2 day stay. "

"Same great price for the location. Unfortunately upon checking in they informed me that the AC in my room was not working and so they put a fan in my room. The first fan didn’t work so I had them replace it and that one worked. The guy who checked me in waved the parking fee as a way to make up for the inconvenience. LA was in the middle of a heatwave and during the day the room was somewhat warm but it was fine at night and in the morning. I did have to keep the windows open which allowed for a moderate amount of noise. I’d go back but will maybe skip it for my next couple trips until I think their AC problems are fixed."

"It is close to everything Hollywood! Free parking, staff was nice to us polite and accomodating. It is aged but kept clean, beds are ok only issue i had was the placement of the a/c next to the bed. Other than that all good!"

"Unfortunately the floor was very dirty and the room felt dark. Pool looked great and parking and hot breakfast was included."
