"Staff were friendly and check in was good, the room was ok for one night, I think the thermostat on the shower is broken as it was either burning my skin off or freezing cold"

"The room and amenities were of the highest standard. Proper Yorkshire charm and clearly a place for which the owner and staff are rightly proud. The breakfast is individually prepared, the ingredients are top notch, it is expertly cooked and presented. "

"We enjoyed our stay but the property has large entrance steps and very steep stairs down to the bedrooms (disabled people and families with small children beware) "

"Lovely comfortable stay, very quiet, especially for the centre of the village. Very good breakfast and plenty of tea & coffee with fresh milk in the rooms."

"What a find! Lovely warm welcome, very comfortable accommodation and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious- Italian food at its finest. The food, service and coffee were just a delight.
We will definitely will be back when we are back in Yorkshire "
"A really lovely holiday cottage - we stopped off here on the way to drop our daughter at University and it was perfect. Two lovely bedrooms, very comfortable, great bathroom, kitchen and lounge - and an enclosed courtyard garden at the back. In lovely condition. Also very dog friendly. And Ripon itself was beautiful.
