Restaurant offered good classic italian food at sensible prices. Breakfast fantastic italian inspired dishes which were well presented and a welcome change from the usual predictable offerings. Staff were well trained and pleasant. "

The cathedral is magnificent, the nightly at 21:00hrs Horn Blower in the square, plenty of eating establishments (Valentino's was particularly good; had to go there and stay because The Old Deanery (sadly) is closed on Sundays). Excellent location.

Delightful small city with attractive market square; lots of cafes and restaurants (open on Sunday afternoon and evening!) Dined twice at the excellent Valentino's. Went twice to choral evensong.

Loved it have visted before so decided to stay overnight to experience it fully. Great place.
"The property had an elegance about it that made it very charming. Everything has been kept up really well. The facilities in the room were excellent. The hotel is literally steps away from both the train and bus stations that made it ideal for our travel. The most outstanding thing about the Milner was its staff. They were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help us."

"In a really good position for getting into the city, with many bars and restaurants very close by, parking onsite is a little expensive (in my opinion) £25 per night. We found a parking spot 5 minutes walk away for £9 overnight, other than that definitely recommend this hotel."
