「Our room facing the North beach, view a spectacular view. Service was good and room was very clean and cozy.」

「The skirting boards, doors and radiator were dirty, the spa bath did not work, and the jets were rusty. the carpets in the corridors were ripped, the emergency lighting was hanging off the ceiling in the hallway. The food in the canteen was not nice, we only ate there one night. We definitely will not be staying here again.」

「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「The staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The main entrance and bar area is good, but slightly tired. We had breakfast one morning and that was very good. Our room was on the 4th floor. The carpet in the corridors was stretched, rumpled and clearly seen better days. Our room was poor. We had a small double bed, one side of which was tight against a wall. There was virtually no room to walk around. One side of the wardrobe was propped up with a piece of wood to make it level...
